The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bjapp employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bjapp reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or settled transactions thereon.
You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration and must keep this information current. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or address — constitutes fraud and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.
bjapp is required to verify the identity of its players ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") prior to processing withdrawal requests above applicable thresholds. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (CNIC or passport) and proof of address. bjapp may also request source-of-funds documentation for higher-value transactions. Failure to provide required KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bjapp login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify bjapp immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. bjapp will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

bjapp reserves the right to add, remove, or amend the terms applicable to any payment method at any time with reasonable notice.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The current minimum for JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits is PKR 500. Minimum amounts for other methods are displayed at the time of transaction in your bjapp account cashier. bjapp does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. bjapp targets withdrawal processing within 24–72 hours for verified accounts; actual settlement times depend on the payment method and, in the case of bank transfers, the processing times of the relevant financial institution. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are settled via blockchain and typically confirm within 5–20 minutes of processing by bjapp.
bjapp accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a deposit is made in a different currency (e.g., USDT), conversion to PKR will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction as determined by bjapp. bjapp will not be liable for exchange rate fluctuations.
bjapp is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions on the Platform are monitored. bjapp reserves the right to suspend accounts, freeze withdrawals, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable law. Players must not use bjapp for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment wagering.
All bets and wagers placed on bjapp are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting (including cricket and PSL markets), casino games (including live dealer Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette and game shows), slots, fisher games, and high roller products. These product-specific rules are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
A wager is not confirmed until bjapp has accepted it and the Platform has issued a confirmed bet reference. In the event of any technical failure or communications error that prevents confirmation from being issued, the wager shall be deemed void. bjapp reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without explanation.
In the event that bjapp publishes incorrect odds, game outcomes, payouts, or other information due to a human error or system fault ("Manifest Error"), bjapp reserves the right to void affected bets and restate correct results. bjapp will exercise this right reasonably and in good faith. Players may not knowingly exploit a Manifest Error.
All casino and slot games on bjapp are provided by internationally certified third-party game providers. Random number generator (RNG) software is independently audited. Live dealer games use physical cards and wheels under controlled studio conditions. bjapp does not modify any provider's game software or outcomes.
bjapp may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which will be published alongside each offer.
Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including through matched betting across multiple accounts, exploitation of technical errors, or collusion with other players — will result in the voiding of the relevant bonus and may result in account suspension.
